Perspectives in Neuroscience Series

The Perspectives in Neuroscience Series is the official formal seminar series at the Center for Neuroscience. Perspectives in Neuroscience brings distinguished neuroscientists to present lectures and meet with faculty members and graduate students in their field of interest.

In order to provide opportunities for grad students and postdocs to interact with and host speakers, students can ask to serve as co-hosts.  This is a great opportunity to get to know the invited speaker by escorting them between their meetings, helping the faculty host to create the schedule, helping the speaker before their seminar, hosting the GSR/postdoc lunch, and having first dibs on a new one-on-one student meeting with the speakers that we have added to their schedules.
